We create realistic allowances. We also re-bid items throughout the project based on market price fluctuation to obtain the lowest pricing available.
We have complete budget transparency with progress invoices to account for all the expenses throughout the project so you know where your budget money is going.
We schedule a timeline with realistic dates determined for the entire process including product selection deadlines.
We can offer options for contracts including Cost Plus with Fixed General Contractor Fee or Fixed Price.
