We worked with Bill on a total rebuild of our home. Our project was substantial, we moved out for 10+ months during the construction. Bill did a fantastic job communicating with us and managing the subcontractors on our job. He effectively solved problems as they arose. Our project was completed pretty much on schedule which is almost unheard of. And although we were over our initial budget it was due to changes we decided on along the way, Bill was always clear in communicating and happy to answer budget questions throughout the process. Bill did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the project on selections, budget, design options, and the risks and rewards of our preferences. We are completely pleased with the final product, the attention to detail and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.

Ashley Enterprises completed our Frisco house in the fall of 2022, in spite of all the logistical issues caused by the pandemic. Bill was wonderfully pro-active about these issues, and did a great job of anticipating longer lead times so that the project was not unduly delayed, and so he could get the best possible pricing. Throughout the project, communications with us, and with the architect, were excellent. We really appreciated his very loyal crew (Joe! Jay!), and the great performance they were able to get from their subcontractors. They were responsive to our direction, but also raised many of their own ideas on how to improve the project – they clearly wanted it to be pride-worthy when they were done. Bill was completely transparent about costs from beginning to end, and provided well-organized thorough documentation when the project was done. We would not hesitate to undertake another project with these guys.

Bill Ashley built a wonderful house for me. Amazing especially since it was completed while I was working in another time zone. I relied heavily on him and his team and I have a high quality home where I love living.

Bill and team did a fantastic major addition to our Silverthorne house. The workmanship was top notch and he’s a great business partner. We liked him so much….he’ll be back this year to do another major project. Top notch!

Bill and his team completed a very custom bunk room and bathroom for us and it turned out spectacular. Along with this we needed the large basement light well on the exterior totally re-excavated, patio and landscaping removed and replaced. Bill and his team went above and beyond what I had envisioned for the new space and his team paid particular attention to safe guard the existing home during construction. Having been in the construction business myself for over 40 years I cannot say enough about the quality of construction, proactive communication, and “care for the client” that Ashley Enterprises brought to the project.
